Interesting. I'm curious how it affects neuroplasticity, neurogenesis and rumination. I take duloxetine and agree that anti-depressants are basically tools to blunt emotions. I'm still sad about things but also can't bring bring myself to cry about it. I still care but no longer have the desire or energy to be bothered fighting or worrying about someone/something. At the same time, I feel like my meds are making me a little too comfortable with my solitude. I rarely go out anymore. It feels like too much trouble and there's too much chaos everywhere I'd rather avoid. I would be curious whether your process could address any of that.

My experience says yes. When we are wounded we spend so much energy protecting our wounds. Meditation and microdising are both tools that can help take you there. I look forward to discussing it in person soon.
